Vying for one of ten finals spots against 18 other first semifinal participants, the 27-year-old songstress failed to impress Europe’s voting audiences and national expert juries with her up-tempo song “Boom-Boom” and three minutes of boxing inspired choreography.

Meanwhile, Armenia’s Caucasus neighbors Azerbaijan and Georgia managed to win spots in the finals due on May 14.
